Service

JobSearch360 provides career-organization and AI-assisted writing tools. It is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser, or guarantee of interviews, offers, compensation, or job placement.

User responsibilities

Users must provide lawful, accurate information; review all generated material; keep account access secure; and avoid submitting confidential third-party information without authority. Users are responsible for the truthfulness of every application.

AI-generated content

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. Users must independently verify all claims, dates, credentials, job details, and recommendations before relying on or submitting them.

Subscriptions

Before activating billing, insert final prices, renewal frequency, trial terms, cancellation timing, refund policy, taxes, and customer-support contact. Subscription management will occur through the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, evade limits, probe security, upload malware, impersonate others, automate prohibited applications, violate job-board terms, or use outputs for unlawful discrimination.

Intellectual property

Users retain rights in content they provide. Define the license needed to process that content and ownership of generated output with counsel. JobSearch360 software, branding, and product design remain protected.
